Okay, this is going to be a whole lot clearer to you when watching the video … but for now let me just say:
You’ll be crawling into a barrel for today’s lesson. Well, alright – it’s just an imaginary barrel. But it really does help you get the hang of the U-Shaped Swing … and where it differs from the traditional V-Shape.
And in case you’re thinking this “u-shaped swing” thing is just something I’ve made up for this series, let me assure you: My strategies were developed from training with some of the greatest ball-strikers ever.
It’s the ONLY way to swing when you’re wanting to pound a golf ball as far as humanly possible. (Or at least as far as possible for you!) It’s also the most easily repeatable and accurate way to swing a club.
